Execute regular activities under operations which includes inventory count, order fulfilment, shipping and reporting.

Order & Inventory Management
Follow the processes and best practices managing orders online, offline, B2B, etc. Ensure smooth logistical operations and order fulfilment to the customer. Maintain precise records of all inventory, manage samples, minimize spillage and wastage of inventory. Manage all POs and smooth deliveries of stock.

Reporting & Analytics
Create reports analysing inventory usage, order flow and overall operations activities. Work closely with finance, marketing and management teams and help them derive insights from operations activities so they can grow sales and improve efficiencies over time.

- Excellent Communications Skills
- Expert MS Office Skills (also Google Sheets/Docs)
- Ability to self-manage and to be self-motivated
- Extremely Detail oriented and can follow processes to the letter
- Common sense and good logical reasoning skills are a must
- Experience with an e-commerce marketplace is a plus
